Save the chart before adding conclusions. Record instrument, timeframe, and date so you can reconstruct the conditions later.
Write in scenarios
Describe the context, your key observation, expected confirmation, and invalidation. Avoid absolute language; the goal is to record reasoning, not certainty.
Schedule the review
Revisit entries in a weekly batch. Grade the quality of the process separately from the eventual outcome, then note one adjustment for future analysis.
