Refund & Rescheduling Policy
How cancellations, refunds, transfers, and schedule changes work for our training services.
Cohort course cancellations
Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the first session for a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the first session or after a course has started.
Mentoring and workshops
Individual mentoring may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable because the reserved teaching time cannot usually be reassigned.
Materials and completed work
Downloaded field guides, delivered recordings, completed sessions, and bespoke chart preparation already performed are non-refundable. If only part of a service has begun, any approved partial refund excludes completed work and supplied materials.
How to request a refund
Email learn@compiler-nodehub.digital with your name, booking, and reason. Eligible refunds are approved within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method; financial institutions may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Changes by us
If we cancel a course, choose a full refund or transfer to another date. For rescheduling, we will offer the new date and a refund if it is unsuitable. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Deposits
When a deposit is requested to reserve a place, it is applied to the course fee. Deposits become non-refundable once chart materials for your cohort have been prepared, unless we cancel the session.
